Meet Christian and Christine Hayes of powerhouse Dandelion Catering in Yarmouth, Maine. It was Christine’s experience as a pastry chef that informed Christian’s championship dessert of dark chocolate pork blood pudding. And this points to the greater reality of their relationship of professionalism, cooperation, and joy for each other, their work, the universe and everything.
