We’re in Kanab Utah talking to Shon &Elizabeth Foster of Sego Restaurant, which they run out of a boutique hotel. This restaurant is unique, and they’re doing something right: they’ve been approached about replicating it in other hotels around southern Utah. Shon & Elizabeth are also unique—this is a story about football, punk rock, babies and divorce. They have an unusual work dynamic, and it might seem that Shon is steamrolling Elizabeth, because he’s a force—but you learn that in her own, much quieter way, she’s a force as well.
